Methods of payment
In our shop you can choose between the methods of payments stated below.

Please pay attention to the reason for payment (your reference number) when doing the bank transfer. Without this reference, delays in attributing your transfer and in forwarding your merchandise may occur.
Possible transfer fees (for prepayments) for foreign customers (outside Germany) are for the buyer's account. In case you have few experience with foreign transfer, please contact your bank for assistance.
Inside the Euro-zone, transfers using IBAN and SWIFT/BIC codes are exempt from charges and executed within two working days at the most. Please make sure to indicate the order amount in Euros so that the total amount can be credited. In case of doubt please contact your bank.

The invoice total is being debited from your account. Please do NOT make a transfer upon invoice receipt, but wait for the debit. In case of problems with debitting, you will be informed by us in a separate e-mail.
Please mind the following references for direct debit payment:
- You will need a German bank account for using direct debit.
- Your invoice and delivery addresses have to be in Germany.
- Payments via direct debit are only possible for order amounts up to 400.- EUR.
- Before processing an order, an address and credit check takes place.
- In case of wrong bank data indications or back postings through no fault of our own you will be charged, amongst others, the bank's back posting fees.
- We reserve the right to refrain from direct debit in particular cases.

This payment method is only available in Germany. Payment is being effected comfortably upon delivery on your front door.
Total costs amount to 12,30 EUR (4,90 EUR COD fee + 2,50 EUR transfer fee + 4,90 EUR postal charges)
The transfer fee is not charged by us, but directly by the deliverer und thus can neither be invoiced or refunded by us.

The security standard 3D Secure is an authentification method minimizing fraud risks in e-commerce and becoming more and more popular. This information only concerns your if your are holding a 3D Secure-capable credit card.
If you are already registrated as credit card holder, a web page will be displayed during your order process while effecting payment (step 4) asking you to enter your password. Payment can only be executed with this password.
If you have not yet registrated at 3D Secure and do not hold a password, you can either assign a passwort for you on your bank's web page (and memorize or note it for future orders - also in other shops with 3D Secure processing), or you can cancel the process without hesitation. Payment will be executed nonetheless and you can finalize your order. However, this only applies to the case you do NOT yet have a password assigned at that moment.For MasterCard, this solution is called "MasterCard Secure Code", for Visa "Verified by Visa".

PayPal payments are carried out without extra charge. Your order is ready for dispatch immediately after transaction.Via the real-time payment solution PayPal everbody holding an e-mail address can safely and comfortably send or receive payments on-line. PayPal is one of the leading payment providers on eBay and many other websites.
Your bank or credit card data do not have to be sent anew for every purchase on-line but are deposited directly in your PayPal account, to which only you and PayPal have access. During your ordering process you will be forwarded to the PayPal site where you are asked to enter your user name and your password. Pay easily with two clicks.
Within the PayPal account, several payment methods are available: direct debit, credit card, transfer, giropay or PayPal balance. You may have to begin with makng a bank transfer from your bank account to your PayPal account to finalize payment. This might be the case if you want to pay with an existing PayPal balance not sufficient for your purchase.

For selecting this payment method, both invoice and delivery address must be a public institution.
What is iDeal?
iDeal is a payment system based on online banking which can be used with participating banks in the Netherlands. There is no need for an additional account or credit card if you want to use iDeal as your payment system. Payment is made directly via online banking of your bank - you only need to log in with the regular online banking account. You'll receive a confirmation from your bank with completion of the payment.
What are the benefits I have with iDeal?
Due to immediate payment from bank to the seller, you'll receive a confirmation promptly. Delivery may be initiated shorter or directly after the payment has been completed.
How safe is iDeal?
As all the techniques from regular online banking are used, you are granted the same standards of security.
Delivery to so-called Remote Areas is only carried out with an additional charge by DHL. However, you will be informed beforehand per email. You can find the listing of all areas here
VAT (Delivery without VAT):
If you choose "No VAT" during the order-process, then your order and billing will be processed without charging the VAT. Please choose this option ONLY, if your company owns a valid VAT-ID. To order without VAT, please enter your VAT-ID into the corresponding field, without adding spaces or additional characters.
Every VAT-ID will be checked accurately at the Chamber of Taxes before shipping.
Minimum order value:
There is no minimum order value.
We do not have a shop, but you can pick up your order upon prior agreement (best by E-Mail) directly on location in Freiburg.
In this case usual forwarding charges do not apply, but the order has to be executed via our online shop. By chosing the delivery method "Pickup" and payment method "Prepayment" you can pay directly on location.

Transport damages have to be objected directly upon receipt of merchandise with the assigned transport enterprise. Afterwards please inform us about detected transport damages. If you want to return the merchandise, please inform us beforehand by e-mail, fax or phone.
For returns requiring a refund, the amount will be credited to you on the same way as payment has occurred.
